Elon Musk pulls out of $44 Billion deal for twitter

Musk has said he isn’t buying Twitter, as per the letter he shared, because he claims there has been a “misleading representation” about the number of fake accounts that exist on the platform. Twitter says it plans to pursue legal action to enforce the agreement.
